ChanChi is a former Silicon Valley executive recruiter who built high-performance teams for Apple, Oracle, Intuit, Teledyne, Synoptics, and more. She worked closely with founders, VCs, and C-suites from startup to IPO, developing a reputation as a connector and visionary operator.

Academic Credentials
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration Marketing and Urban Planning and formerly served on the Board of Advisors for the Transformative Leadership Program at UC Riverside.

Entrepreneurship & Wellness Innovation
ChanChi was an early wellness influencer, owning the top-rated Bikram Yoga Studio in Agoura Hills, CA. Her studio was voted best in Conejo Valley, Southern California.  After surviving a life-threatening accident, she shifted into anti-aging skincare, launching Yoga 4 Your Face™. Her spa and products received multiple industry awards for innovation and excellence. Named “Best Facial Spa in Beverly Hills in 2019”.

Entertainment & Media
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned full-time into film production, writer, and producer.  She served as a Board Member of the Hollywood Film Festival and was named Co-Chairman in 2016. The film festival focused on Social Impact Films. She has completed two historically based screenplays for Firestar Films Media Group and will begin pre-production in 2025.

Philanthropy & Impact
ChanChi has sat on boards for Children Uniting Nations and Inspired Communities. She created and led fundraisers for the Surfrider Foundation, Malibu Foundation for Environmental Education, Kids Ocean Day, UNICEF, Moonstar Charitable Organization, and Project Angel Food.
